**What do we expect?**

You should be someone who is confident speaking to customers and enjoys being on the phone. You will be required to be on the phone making outbound calls for the entire length of your shift. Our business operates on exceptional customer service and this is something you should strongly value as part of our team. As a part time employee, you will work shifts of 4 hours, up to 4 shifts per week. At least once a week there is a shift from 4-8pm and all others will be during regular business hours. The day to day requirements of this position include:

- Calling new and old leads and notating the CRM
- Conduct live transfers or if unavailable, set future appointments with Finance Managers
- Build rapport with customers
- Be on the phone for the full length of your shift
- Collecting important documents from customers based on CRM tasks
- No specific education is required and training will be provided, customer service experience is greatly preferred
