**Responsibilities**:
We make a series of phone calls to our clients' insurance claimants prior to their medical-legal assessments. The call center agent makes outgoing calls to claimants or their legal representative covering the following:

- Confirmation of their appointment details
- Confirmation of language and transportation details
- Perform a COVID-19 symptom pre-screen

The call center agent uses our case management system (SmartSimple) to retrieve their call list and claimant contact information. Once the call has been made, the agent updates the case, and if a claimant says they will not attend or reports COVID symptoms, places a note in the system and contacts the case coordinator.

This is a full time, salaried position.
