**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients through exceptional customer service.
- Identify new business opportunities and lead initiatives for market expansion.
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with marketing initiatives.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales management or related field with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Experience in account management and customer service excellence.
- Knowledge of business development principles and technical sales processes is preferred.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

Pay: $44,671.53-$134,807.55 per year
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
