We are an experienced yet fast-paced and ambitious organization looking to reach new heights and further establish our place within the industry. Based out of our Cambridge Ontario office, we service companies in various industrious throughout North America.

**The Role: Sales Manager**

This is a very exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to work with, and learn from, our CEO together with our team of 6+ Account Managers. You will gain knowledge and skills that will enable you to be a key driver in the future success of the business. This fulfilling and endlessly challenging role allows you to be involved in key business-related decisions, recruiting, setting targets, and impacting the growth of our company with the potential to progress into a Sales Director or Vice President position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage sales team and maintain sales operations
- Set and track quarterly and annual sales goals for your team
- Motivate the sales team to achieve their goals
- Monitor the market and competitor products and activities
- Review customer activity, anticipate consumer needs and improve customer satisfaction
- Liaise with internal key stakeholders to ensure operational consistency and increase sales
- Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products
- Reports directly to the CEO on performance metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven work experience as Sales Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Great strategic planning, organizational and creative thinking skills
- Strong working knowledge of the company’s products, competitive products, and the market
- A degree in a business-related field is preferred

**Salary**: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
