**Job Duties and Responsibilities**

Management
- Reporting to the GM, assisting with both day-to-day tasks and special projects as assigned/needed
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and company goals
- Direct responsibility to oversee 3-5 sales staff/consultants
- Working closely with staff to train, assist, and produce productivity while maintaining culture
- Monthly reporting to the GM regarding targets, prospects, rates etc.

Marketing
- Direct responsibility to manage AMJ KW annual marketing budget with GM approval and assistance (i.e. sponsorships, trade shows, web marketing, swag, etc)
- Marketing yourself and AMJ in the community to create valuable partnerships for the brand and business generation
- Sales material and presentation generation

Sales
- Producing and closing Household leads (local, long distance, and international relocations)
- Performing in home and virtual estimates of our client’s goods
- Presenting sales quotes and closing deals in order to secure client business
- Cross selling our other business lines (Commercial moving and Installation, Warehousing, Logistics, Home Deliveries)

**Qualifications**
- Sales experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Experience reading financial reports
- Professional communication
- Time management
- Ability to travel to clients’ homes or businesses
- Experience in transportation/moving industry is a bonus

Pay: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
