Creative Marketing Specialist

**Position Summary**

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Creative Marketing Specialist will be an integral contributor in executing the marketing plan to support the Mission and Vision of POI with a heavy focus on all copy writing needs for website, blogs, social, and all campaigns driven by marketing. As well as any other copy writing requirements.

**General Responsibilities**
- Use of Canva
- Photoshop, Illustrator and Premier Pro is an asset
- Build proposals and presentations
- Internal communication & storytelling
- Event planning and support
- Support on RFP’s
- Support the training on the use of POI marketing tools to others at POI
- Copy writing for all website or landing page requirements
- Utilize Steelcase Dealer Web (WordPress) platform to maintain POI’s website and keeping content up to date
- Work closely with studio and build out NFC tags for our space and others
- Write blogs and other relevant content for website
- Provide Google Analytics reports on website traffic while work closely with third party on SEO
- Utilize established marketing automation platform to ensure best practices in client surveys, outbound marketing, and lead management (Salesforce/Pardot)
- Manage, monitor, and maintain data quality
- Write copy for all social media platforms
- Develop and manage a content calendar that supports the POI brand and story
- Provide specific POI activities/messages to augment the product and corporate content provided by other sources
- Includes: Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter as appropriate
- Canva, Sendible and Linktree usage
- Write copy for all case studies and maintain the POI voice
- Work with Graphic Designer to develop and maintain a library of case studies
- Post case studies on POI website and social media
- Format study and maintain pre-established templates
- Develop, manage, and share regular internal messaging using Jostle
- Support client and internal events and webinars as required
- Support event by brainstorming and executing a unique customer experience and utilize Eventbrite

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Degree/Certificate in marketing, or general business with marketing major preferred
- Skilled and professional copy writing experience in a B2B setting
- Proficiency using WordPress and social media software
- Skilled in presentations and pitching ideas
- Skilled in creating, editing, and promoting written and visual content
- Video, photography, and photoshop capability is an added plus
