**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive student enrollment and achieve recruitment goals.
- Create engaging content for websites, social media platforms, and other digital channels to attract and convert leads.
- Execute social media and digital marketing campaigns, leveraging platforms like Facebook, Google AdWords, and content distribution networks.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, key trends, and opportunities for student recruitment.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop marketing packages, including web design, remarketing campaigns, and SEO strategies.
- Optimize landing pages and user experiences to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
- Utilize graphic design software to prepare visually appealing storyboards, mock-ups, and digital assets.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, specifically in student recruitment and education.
- Collaborate with creative teams and media specialists to coordinate content for social media and other digital channels.
- Build relationships with bloggers and traditional media to increase positive brand awareness within the community.
- Conduct UX research and test concepts to ensure an optimal user experience across digital platforms.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Previous experience in the education industry or student recruitment is preferred.

**Minimum Education and Skills Requirement**
- Completion of college or a post-secondary education.
- 1 + Year of experience in digital marketing.
- Integrity and confidentiality.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and execute actionable plans with internal teams/managers and external partners. Ability to work across multiple business areas and cross functionally.
- Ability to understand and maintain the integrity of confidential information.
