The **Marketing Specialist** is responsible for growing our B2B audience. This role requires a marketer who is both hands on and strategic. Your mission will be to develop and execute the Business Exchange’s B2B marketing strategy to drive subscribers growth across paid, organic, affiliate networks and traditional channels.

**OBJECTIVES**
- Use Business Exchange’s omni-channel approach to build our reader’s B2B database
- Lead growth plan execution with excellence, ensuring timely delivery
- Devising strategies to utilize paid media to deliver high intent leads to drive ROI
- Work closely with the VP of Marketing to understand the growth strategy
- Manage co-op budget, tracking costs and collection
- Proven experience in planning, executing, and optimizing B2B digital marketing campaigns across different platforms: Search/SEO, Google Ads (Tag Manager), Linkedin, Facebook, Tiktok etc.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and working with cross-functional teams
- Communicate with marketing, executive staff, and sales management on an ongoing basis regarding new and nurtured lead performance results.
- Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads

- Proven problem-solving ability and ability to predict issues that may need resolution/follow-up actions and the judgment/courage/business acumen to try new things without worrying about failing
- Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures
- Strong technology proficiency with Quickbooks, CRMs, Office 365 (ie., Word/PowerPoint/Excel) and Virtual meeting event software such as Zoom
- Detail orientation with a bias for action
- A self starter; you love owning projects end to end
- Humble, hardworking and someone who interfaces well with all level of employees with integrity
- To regularly report & communicate KPIs (key performance indicators) status to stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, and LinkedIn Ads
- You have an expert understanding of SEO, CRM, Lead Nurture, and Demand Generation

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**
- A Bachelor Degree is required for this position.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working in marketing.

**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer

**COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY BASE SALARY**

Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour
