Cornerstone Counselling is looking for an **Administrative and Program Assistant** to join our Edmonton team.

**Responsibilities Include**
- Assist the Executive Director with various administrative tasks, including incoming and outgoing communications, schedule maintenance, meeting bookings, and more
- Conducting research and creating reports on various topics based on the needs of the Director
- Assist with planning, scheduling, and execution of all internal and external workshops and support groups
- Act as the primary liaison with community partners, facilitators, students, and volunteers relating to groups and other programming
- Maintain and update course materials and forms for all workshops and groups
- Answer all inquiries regarding workshops and groups
- Register clients in programs and collect payments for enrolment if applicable

**What You Will Bring to the Role**
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably within a human services or medical office setting. Experience with program coordination or executive assistance is an asset
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues and external stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams)
- Attention to detail with strong proofreading skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining organization
- Effective organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and prioritize work effectively
