We are seeking a **Seasonal Front Desk & Administrative Assistant** to support our team during tax season. This role is initially for **two months**, with the possibility of becoming a full-time position for the right fit.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients and manage front desk operations with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Process invoices and record payments
- Maintain accurate client records and assist with document management
- Support CPAs and accounting staff with administrative tasks as needed
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and organized

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Previous experience in an administrative or front desk role
- Familiarity wit an QuickBooks Online (QBO) for invoicing and payment receipts would be asset, but we are willing to train the right applicant.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
