This position in Newton-Surrey provides support to ensures a seamless distribution operation. We are looking for a results driven professional whom can take ownership of the responsibilities of this position.

**Key Responsibilities;**
- Ensure an on-time and accurate order fulfillment process with zero out of stock situations.
- Create sales orders, warehouse pick lists, packing lists and invoices.
- Complete any customer specific tasks and documentation.
- Create shipping documentation and make pick-up arrangements with carriers.
- Ensure all outbound orders are properly documented to counter shortage or loss claims.
- Ensure invoices are sent to customers and entered in the AR system without delay.
- Participate as an integral partner with warehouse staff.
- Manage warehouse staff and regularly follow up to ensure a properly prioritized workflow.
- Coordinate staff scheduling efficiently and in sync with shipping and receiving plans.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety and company policies are adhered to.
- Document staff errors, re-work and other issues, and recommend corrective actions.
- Complete new hire documentation and orientation.
- Regularly review logistics and other expenses and renegotiate to reduce costs.
- Maintain proper filing systems for printed and electronic documents.
- Create new systems and strategies to improve processes to increase efficiency.
- Any other tasks as assigned per business needs.

**Skills Required;**
- Ability to build strong working relationships with peers and create a healthy team environment.
- Ability to use rigorous logic and methods to solve problems with effective solutions.
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
- Strong technical and systems skills.
- Strong listening, written and oral communication skills.
- Flexibility to changing duties and responsibilities.

**Education Preferred;**
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field from an accredited institution.
- Professional Training in fields pertinent to job responsibilities.

**Experience Required;**
- 3 Years minimum in Human Resources, Logistics Coordination, Bookkeeping or Order Management fields.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
