**Job Title**:
**Sales & Warehouse Associate**

We’re hiring a hands-on **Sales & Warehouse Associate** to support both customer sales and daily warehouse operations. If you enjoy balancing customer service, sales support, and logistics, this role is for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive, inspect, and verify stock from couriers and bulk deliveries
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders
- Organize and manage warehouse inventory and supplies
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift training provided if needed)
- Respond to product inquiries, process purchases, and handle returns
- Enter and process sales orders, invoices, and transactions in internal systems
- Support sales with customer follow-ups, documentation, and communication
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, courier bookings, and basic billing

**What You Bring**:

- 2+ years experience in sales, customer service, admin, or warehouse
- Completion of post-secondary education preferred.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet
- Comfortable using MS Office; ERP a plus

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
