**Nature of the position**:
We are seeking a trustworthy person with outstanding communication and organizational skills to support the President in running the workplace smoothly, without any roadblocks. You will be the key person overseeing different departments ensuring proper communication and operational efficiency.
We are looking for someone who can be hands on and will play a pivotal role in deploying operational solutions across multiple departments such as customer service, repairs, production & shipping. As part of your role, you will oversee the following:
**Tasks**:
- Manage the employees and day to day operations of the Shipping, Customer Service and Repairs department.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure all MUST ship orders are shipped on time.
- Trouble shoot with the accounting department and production to ensure a smooth operation from start to end.
- Assist team leaders in hiring/training new employees and be in charge of the performance of your department.
- Work directly with other department heads to improve processes and champion cross team communication.
- Be responsible for office maintenance and security.
**Qualifications**:
- Five years of relevant experience in office operations management.
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide a diverse staff.
- A team player with a _can-do_ attitude (no task is too big or too small for you).
- Fluency in French and English.
- Strong ability to take initiative and be able to prioritize tasks.

**Hours**: Monday-Thursday (9h00-18h00)
Friday (9h00-15h30)

Nous recherchons quelqu’un qui peut jouer un rôle central dans le déploiement de solutions opérationnelles dans plusieurs départements tels que le service à la clientèle, les réparations, la production et l’expédition. Dans le cadre de votre rôle, vous superviserez les éléments suivants:
**Tâches**:
- Gérer les employés et les opérations quotidiennes du service d’expédition, de service à la clientèle et de reparations.
- Coordonner avec les différents départements pour s’assurer que toutes les commandes doivent être expédiées à temps.
- Dépannage avec le département de comptabilité et de production pour assurer un bon fonctionnement du début à la fin.
- Devenez un expert en la matière sur notre plateforme B2B interne et travaillez avec les propriétaires pour créer de meilleurs outils.
- Gérer les problèmes transmis aux clients (téléphone/courriel) et approuver les rabais.
- Aider les chefs d’équipe à embaucher/former de nouveaux employés et être en charge de la performance de votre département.
- Travailler directement avec les autres chefs de service pour améliorer les processus et promouvoir la communication entre les équipes.
- Être responsable de l’entretien et de la sécurité des bureaux
**Qualifications**:
- Cinq ans d’expérience pertinente en gestion des opérations de bureau.
- Excellentes compétences en leadership et capacité à motiver et à guider un personnel diversifié.
