**Office Manager**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage phone calls, correspondence, and other forms of communication
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Maintain trusting relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues
- Perform receptionist duties when needed
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an Office manager, Front office manager, or Assistant manager
- Knowledge of “soft skills” for the “office manager” role such as organizing files, maintaining visibility of paperwork, prioritizing workload, etc.
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and problem solving ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
**Salary**: From $58,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Saint-Laurent, QC H4R 1N8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Language**:
- English (required)
