Curb Signs Inc. specialized in custom sign fabrication, installation, and maintenance services.

We are seeking a HR & Admin Assistant that will focus on recruitment and assist our team in other areas as needed. To be successful in this role, you must be a team player, organized, and attention to detail.

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday
- 9:00am to 5:30pm

**Duties / Responsibilities**:

- Enforce health and safety policies, ensure staff certification is up to date, and arrange for refresher training.
- Verify staff hours for bi-weekly payroll, and assist office team with projects and ad hoc tasks.
- Assist in production as needed.
- Professionally handle incoming phone inquiries, meticulously record pertinent details, and efficiently direct calls;
- Conduct precise record searches and compile comprehensive intake reports;
- Create and distribute letters, schedules, and mintes while maintaining organized and detailed records and reports;
- Offer essential backup support to other clerical roles and willingly tackle ad hoc general administrative tasks.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications / Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in recruitment or HR related position
- Understanding and knowledge of ESA and H&S legislation
- Experience within manufacturing or construction industries
- CHRP/CHRL is an asset but not required
