**About the Role**:
We are seeking a knowledgeable Program Evaluator or Subject Matter Expert (PE/SME) to assess and enhance our Palliative Care Diploma program. This role involves evaluating program content to ensure it meets industry standards, aligns with PTIB (Private Training Institutions Branch) guidelines, and prepares students with the essential skills to provide compassionate and effective care for patients in palliative and end-of-life settings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct a comprehensive review of the program curriculum, materials, and structure to confirm alignment with PTIB requirements and current industry best practices in palliative care.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to integrate your feedback and elevate program outcomes.
- Complete and submit all required evaluation documentation for PTIB compliance.

**Qualifications**:

- Expertise in palliative care, healthcare, or a related field with practical experience in end-of-life care.
- Experience in curriculum development, program evaluation, or instructional design, particularly within healthcare or patient care education.
- Familiarity with PTIB guidelines and experience with regulatory compliance in educational program standards.
- Strong analytical skills and a commitment to developing high-quality, compassionate educational content.

**Additional Information**:
The project is expected to require about 2 hours for a complete review and feedback, with a guaranteed minimum payment of $300. Completion may open further opportunities in instructional roles or ongoing curriculum development for the Palliative Care program upon PTIB approval.
