**About the Role**:
We are seeking a Program Evaluator or Subject Matter Expert (PE/SME) to review and enhance our Dental Office Assistant Diploma program. This role involves assessing program content to ensure it meets current industry standards, aligns with PTIB (Private Training Institutions Branch) requirements, and prepares students with the essential skills to work effectively in dental office settings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct a detailed evaluation of the program curriculum, materials, and structure to ensure it meets PTIB guidelines and reflects industry standards for dental office administration.
- Provide expert recommendations to improve course content, instructional methods, and hands-on training elements, preparing students for a successful career in dental office management.
- Collaborate with academic staff to implement feedback and optimize program outcomes.
- Complete and submit all required PTIB evaluation documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Expertise in dental office administration, dental assisting, or a related field.
- Experience in curriculum development, program evaluation, or instructional design, especially within healthcare or administrative education.
- Familiarity with PTIB guidelines and experience with regulatory compliance in educational program standards is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and a commitment to developing high-quality, practical educational content.

**Additional Information**:
This project is anticipated to require around 2 hours for a complete review, with a guaranteed minimum payment of $300. Upon PTIB approval, further opportunities for instructional roles or curriculum development within the Dental Office Assistant program may become available.
