**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced **Construction Management Subject Matter Expert (SME)** to assist in the development and review of educational content for our **Construction Management** programs. The SME will collaborate closely with instructional designers and academic teams to ensure that course materials reflect current industry practices, project management methodologies, and regulatory requirements in the construction field.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and review **curriculum and course materials** for the Construction Management program.
- Ensure content is aligned with **industry standards** and incorporates current **best practices** in construction project management, cost control, scheduling, and safety regulations.
- Provide expertise in key areas such as **project planning**, **risk management**, **procurement**, and **quality assurance**.
- Collaborate with instructional designers to create **real-world case studies** and practical learning materials.
- Stay updated on trends, tools, and techniques in construction management and integrate this knowledge into the curriculum.
- Provide insights on **construction software tools** such as **Procore**, **Primavera P6**, or **Microsoft Project**.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus).
- Minimum of **5 years of experience** in construction project management, with hands-on experience in overseeing construction projects.
- In-depth knowledge of **construction project lifecycles**, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail, with the ability to present complex information clearly.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $90.00-$100.00 per hour
