**Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support**
- Perform general office duties including filing, scanning, photocopying, and organizing documents.
- Schedule meetings and appointments; maintain calendars for team members.
- Maintain and organize office supplies and ensure a tidy work environment.

**CEO Travel & Executive Support**
- Accompany the CEO on site visits, client meetings, and industry events as needed.
- Coordinate all travel logistics including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
- Take meeting notes, prepare summaries, and track follow-up items.
- Provide real-time administrative support during travel.

**Client Relations & Communications**
- Act as a point of contact for client communications, follow-ups, and scheduling.
- Follow up on quotations submitted to clients and maintain tracking records.
- Assist in preparing client proposals and related documentation.

**Social Media & Online Presence**
- Support basic social media tasks such as posting updates, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments or inquiries.
- Coordinate with management to share relevant content and announcements across company platforms.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education is an asset.
- Strong command of English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Professional demeanor and well-presented appearance.

Pay: $22.00 per hour
