We are a well-established local manufacturer based in Saskatoon, seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Administrator to join our leadership team. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to contribute meaningfully to our operations and help drive organizational efficiency and excellence.
Position Overview:
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Administrator will oversee and coordinate administrative operations across the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of business processes, including finance and office management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments
- Supervise and mentor junior administrative staff, providing guidance and support
- Manage internal communications and coordinate cross-functional initiatives
- Prepare and analyze reports, budgets, and operational data using Excel and ERP systems (Epicor or SAP)
- Support financial processes including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and bank reconciliations
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and professional correspondence
- Maintain and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures
- Ensure compliance with company standards and confidentiality protocols

- High level of professionalism, discretion, and accountability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with ERP systems such as Epicor or SAP
Education & Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Demonstrated experience in financial administration and office management
- Must reside in or be willing to commute to Saskatoon
- Must be fluent in English and legally entitled to work in Canada
