Project Administrator/hse Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to project managers and team members
- Assist with project documentation, including organizing and maintaining project files
- Ensure daily documentation is received from respective jobsites; receive, organize, and file:
- Timesheets
- LEMs
- Field Requisitions
- Packing Slips/Material Receiving Reports
- Equipment Deliveries
- Work Orders, Service Records
- Safety Reporting
- Log HSE statistics for multiple projects and subcontractors
- Maintain the training matrix for employees and subcontractors
- Procure tools, equipment, materials as required by project
- Manage hotel, airline, and vehicle reservations as required
- Maintain projects’ Tool Inventory
- Maintain the projects’ Equipment Tracker
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous administrative, project support, or construction safety experience preferred
- Team mindset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $37,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
- Construction: 1 year (preferred)
