- Must report to a office 2-3 days per week unless otherwise indicated.

Hours per week 37.5/hr

Day to day

Managing the directives in the Call Center 2.0 security project.

They will be required to collect this data and present it at any level of management.

Top functions

Managing the active directives Corp Security has given the Call Centers within Field Services, Building/updating, decks

Presentations for our directors/VPs, Working with Ops to come up with use cases to make our systems more secure.

Focus will be on “Birthright” Project, so collecting all information of required tools for each team to build profiles with IDM team.

Must have experience in Project Management and good in building decks and presenting

Someone who has Project Management experience and has worked in a Call Center before

Presentation skills, Project Management Skills, bilingualism (must work with people across Canada)

1-2 Virtual interviews. Assessments possible.

What specific projects will be worked on? Call Center 2.0 and it’s child projects.

Any potential for extension or to hire full time? Possible

Responsible for managing all aspects of the project management life cycle including project scoping, resource assignment, project plan development, project tracking, monitoring and reporting.

Develop and maintain all project documentation (Project Plan, Issue and Action Logs, Risk Management, Communication Plan, Status Reports,...etc.).

Assist in the development and implementation of templates, procedures and processes as part of the continuous improvement process.

Qualifications include:
Demonstrated experience in project management delivering project solutions;
Experience in managing multiple projects at a time;
Expert in using MS Suite including Microsoft Project;
Knowledge of proven industry best practices and standards; and

Project Management designation an asset but not required.
