We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Junior Construction Manager and contribute to the success of our data center projects.

**Position Overview**: As a Junior Construction Manager at CRSC, you will play a vital role in supporting the construction of our data center projects under the guidance of senior construction management staff. This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic and driven individual to gain hands-on experience in construction management while contributing to the delivery of high-quality projects.

**Responsibilities**:
**Project Support**:

- Assist the construction manager in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Contribute to the development of construction plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.

**Construction Coordination**:

- Support the coordination of construction activities, resources, and tasks to ensure timely execution.
- Assist in monitoring progress against project schedules and budgets, and report on key performance indicators.
- Help identify and address project risks and issues to ensure successful project delivery.

**Resource Management**:

- Assist in managing resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Support procurement efforts by coordinating the purchase and delivery of construction materials and equipment.
- Assist in supervising construction staff and subcontractors to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

**Quality Assurance and Compliance**:

- Support quality control efforts by participating in inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Help implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, building codes, and industry best practices.

**Stakeholder Communication**:

- Assist in facilitating communication with project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Provide regular updates and progress reports on construction activities to project stakeholders.
- Respond to stakeholder inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in construction management, project management, or a related field (internship or entry-level experience is acceptable).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
