If you are motivated, have a "can do" attitude and a desire to learn and grow with an organization, this opportunity is for you We are a Team Oriented Environment who likes to have fun No Outbound or Cold Calling to Customers All Inbound Calls only Quality Customer Service Driven and not Sales Driven Position is Full-Time 40 Hours and 5 days a week. Normal Office hours of 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Come and Join our Fast Growing, Continued Growth, and Vibrant Call Center **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Answer phones and respond to Customer requests - Look up part and model numbers for applicable Appliances - Place Customer orders in computer system - Transfer customer calls to appropriate Employee or Branch - Identify, Research, and Resolve customer issues using the computer system **KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS**: - Strong command of English with pleasant and professional phone mannerisms - Exceptional customer service skills - Strong written and oral communication skills - Excellent organizational skills - Computer literate - Team player - Appliance parts knowledge would be an asset - ** Bilingual English/French** Expected start date: ASAP **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Schedule: - 8 hour shift **Benefits**:
