**Brokerage Coordinator - Front Desk**

**About the Role**

**Royal LePage Realty Plus is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Brokerage Coordinator in Mississauga.** **The Front Desk Administrator directly influences the operating efficiency and provides concierge support to our Sales Representatives, Brokers and Branch Manager.**

**In this vital role, we rely on you to demonstrate in-person professional customer service with a winning attitude, exceptional phone communication skills, the ability to multi-task under pressure, strong computer proficiency, high accuracy with written and verbal communication. NexOne experience is a preferred. Real Estate Brokerage front desk experience is a MUST.**

**You provide best-in-class administrative support and customer service within a full service residential real estate brokerage. Working closely with agents, you will plan, prioritize and organize all facets of a listing and details of a deal transaction. This office is fast-paced and your attention to detail, strong organizational skills and collaborative mindset will be indispensable in delivering exceptional support.**

**This full-time permanent role works with the team onsite at the Mississauga Office, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.**

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**:

- Answering phones and incoming calls. Must be able to handle a switchboard with multiple lines
- Greeting and welcoming agents and clients in the office
- Broker loading listings to the real estate boards (TRREB / MREB / OMDREB)
- Confirmation of appointments on BrokerBay (Booking/confirming/non-confirming/cancelling appointments)
- Typing and editing documents related to listing and documents on WebForms
- Processing receipts for all deposits
- Experienced with real estate software such as Broker Bay, NexOne, DocuSign, MLS (Toronto, Mississauga and Oakville Boards)
- Proofreading all listings for accuracy and following checklists to audit quality of all brokerage activities.
- Organize staff schedule: Ensure our busy office schedule is organized and coverage for our hours of operation are maintained. Realty Plus has been an industry leader for over 20 years and our office is open 363 days out of the year.
- Create, review & prepare social media posts
- Assist in editing offers and coordinate flow of documentation with agents
- Plan, coordinate, and/or facilitate broker events in collaboration with management
- Support all property marketing activities on LRE (Luxury Real Estate) portal
- Keep up to date and champion the use of Royal LePage Realty Plus training and technology
- Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities assigned
- Maintains required competencies around all required software including, but not limited to Microsoft Office suite, Google Suite, CRM, and others, as required.
- Coordinates accounts payable with accounting/finance
- Support the brokerage as required (assist with miscellaneous projects and coordinate tasks with team members, etc.)

**WHAT YOU BRING**:

- 1+ year of front desk reception experience
- 2+ years of relevant office experience
- Experience in the real estate sector and/or lease administration
- Familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required
- Demonstrated capacity to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Autonomously handle situations proactively and intuitively
- Flexible and highly motivated with a willingness to take initiative
- Ensure that strong attention to detail is maintained at every level
- Strong interpersonal skills and strong ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Optimistic and outgoing personality, excellent task management ability
- Must maintain confidentiality, utilize judgment and work with mínimal supervision
