Centrally located professional Real Estate Office in Mississauga looking for a **FULL TIME EXPERIENCED Real Estate Front Desk Receptionist/Customer Care Coordinator** with exceptional customer service, excellent telephone manner and social media experience.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Booking/Confirming Appointments through Broker Bay, paging agents with details
- Answer, Screen and forward telephone calls in an efficient and professional manner
- Broker Load listings and make changes on the Toronto MLS and MREB ITSO MLS
- Data entry and drafting of real estate related documents using our Dotloop System
- Greeting internal and external clients in a positive manner
- Proficient with Basic Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
- Receive, sort and distribute mail/courier deliveries
- Maintain overall appearance of reception, board rooms and agent stations
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of office at all times
- Manage specific office reports and distribution
- Maintenance of company website and social media
- Supplies - maintenance of photocopier and related supplies, maintenance of office supplies
- Offers - preparation of offers, amendments, waivers and other related forms/documents
**Qualifications**:
- Must have 1 year working experience in Real Estate Front Desk and/or Office Administration
- Experience using Broker Bay an Asset
- Real Estate Experience is an Asset
- Administrative, reception and customer service. Knowledge of real estate software and Microsoft/Social Media/Website programs.
- Strong command of both written and verbal communication
- Superior customer service skills, including excellent telephone manner
- A team player who can work independently.
**Schedule: 11:00 am - 7:00 pm**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
Additional pay:
- Overtime pay
