Property Services Coordinator

**Job description**
**Skill Set/Experience Requirements**:
- **Required Advanced Skills**: Property Administration, Accounts Receivable, Resident Relations, Leasing and Sales an asset, Organization, Deadline and Timeline Compliance, Residential Tenancies Act, AODA, Human Rights Act.
- **Intermediate Skills**:Procurement, Trades Liaison, Staff Scheduling.
**Duty and Task Outline**:
- Provide superior service to residents and ever-improvement of service quality.
- Preparation of written correspondence and building notices under direction of Property Manager and Senior Property Manager.
- Administration and control of move-out inspection charges.
- Superior record-keeping, reporting and maintenance of administrative data in the management office (i.e. Tenant database, parking, lockers, etc.).
- Oversight of tenant work order tracking and ensure expedient service.
- Collection and deposit of tenant rent payments, and tracking of payments, N4’s.
- Conducting phone calls and arrears notices to delinquent accounts.
- Preparation of Rent Increases/Renewal of Tenancy documents (N1’s).
- Preparation, obtaining approval and issuing of Purchase Orders under absolute approval of Property Manager and Senior Property Manager.
- Coordinate and execute leasing office with move-in and move-out preparations and showing apartments to prospects.
- Assistance and administrative support to the Property Manager and Senior Management.
- Maintain offices in a neat and orderly fashion at all times.
- Other tasks/projects as assigned by Property Manager and/or Senior Management.

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- property management: 3 years (preferred)
Work Location: In person
**Salary**: $48,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
