As a Call Center Representative / Data Entry specialist for our design firm, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and accurately entering data related to client projects and inquiries.

**Responsibilities**:
Answer incoming calls from clients, vendors, and other stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.

Enter client project details, specifications, and updates accurately into the company's database system.

Verify the accuracy of data entered and resolve any discrepancies or errors promptly.

Provide timely and effective resolution to client inquiries and concerns, escalating complex issues to appropriate departments as needed.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including notes on inquiries, resolutions, and follow-up actions.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
