Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and has excellent communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries, booking appointments, and assisting with administrative duties.
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Provide support to other team members as needed
- Preform reception and administrative tasks when phones are slow
- Support with mínimal IT Technical support and troubleshooting

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficient in data entry and computer systems

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
