**Key Account Responsibilities and Functions**:
- Excellent communication skills to interact with computer users both in person and virtually to determine problems.
- Willingness to collaborate and consult with a variety of teams to research and implement solutions.
- Diagnose and document technical problems encountered by users
- Provide network and business system support to solve identified difficulties.
- Strong organizational skills in the maintenance of the ticket system with detailed and descriptive notes.
- Ability to provide Security and Patch management.
- Uphold, maintain, and enforce security protocols of the computer system and network.
- Work with teams and branches to establish acceptable resolution timelines
- Willing to escalate and assist with troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Troubleshoot and support mobile devices
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- At least two years of experience in a technical work environment
- Completed or in the process of achieving CompTIA Network+ or A+
- Solid experience and Expert knowledge of the Windows 10/11 platform
- Knowledge of a variety of company phone systems, mobile technology, and mobile phones
- Basic understanding of networks, protocols, and cabling
- Willing to travel to various branch locations across Southern BC
