We are looking for a Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of various properties in the Saskatoon area. The role involves managing tenant relations, coordinating with contractors, conducting property inspections, and handling move-ins and move-outs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily operations of assigned properties.
- Communicate with contractors and maintenance teams.
- Respond to tenant questions and concerns.
- Deliver property notices to tenants.
- Ensure common areas and property grounds are well-maintained.
- Complete minor building repairs as needed.
- Conduct property walk-throughs and inspections.
- Manage move-in and move-out appointments.
- List and advertise vacant suites
- Recommend property improvements and provide reports.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience as a property manager or in a related field.
- Experience working with contractors, maintenance teams, and/or condo boards.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Good customer service skills, with the ability to address tenant concerns professionally.
- Knowledge of building systems and property laws.

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
