Residential Property Manager Position in Saskatoon

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee all aspects of residential property management
- Communicate effectively with tenants to address inquiries and concerns
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors
- Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Manage lease agreements, rent collection, and tenant relations
- Utilize Buildium software for property management tasks
- Maintain accurate records of property-related transactions
- Implement sales strategies to maximize occupancy rates
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in residential property management
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills
- Proficiency in data entry and office administration
- Computer skills required
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer relationship management skills

Pay: $44,339.46-$66,319.14 per year
