**Position: Residential Property Manager**

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Residencial Property Manager to join our growing Team in the province of Saskatchewan. This role will play a crucial role in ensuring the overall functionality of our residential properties in the Saskatoon area and in maintaining a positive living experience for our residents.

The person in this role must own a vehicle and be able to drive to our different buildings throughout the day to respond to tenants' inquiries, perform routine inspections, and monitor the scheduled and unscheduled repairs being performed in those buildings. The person in this role must also be available on calls (in the evenings and weekends) for emergency inquiries. **The person on this role must possess a valid driver's license and their own vehicle for the purpose of driving from one property to the next. Wingspan will be providing mileage reimbursement in accordance with Saskatchewan mileage reimbursement rate.**

**Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Oversee the turning of all units (move-outs, move-ins, etc.) ensuring they meet Wingspan's process and quality standards; this includes coordinating the cleaning of units after residents move out to prepare for new occupants.
- Arrange quotes for various work under the supervision of the Property Manager and meet specialists on-site as needed
- Keep contact with all various suppliers, technicians, etc. as needed and schedule regular visits/inspections
- Manage all building-related issues and ensure quick response to tenant's inquiries and concerns
- Assist in coordinating repairs and maintenance with external service providers.
- Ensure high tenant satisfaction and retention
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of building systems.
- Perform other related building Management tasks if required

**Education, Experience Required (including certifications) & Key competencies**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- valid driving license and able use their own vehicle for required trips throughout our buildings.
- Previous experience in building management, concierge services, or a related field is an asset.
- Skilled in customer relationship management
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to prioritize different tasks and respond to inquiries on a timely manner
- Basic knowledge of property maintenance tasks.
- Experience using property management software is a plus
- Knowledge of relevant local regulations and laws is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
