- Manage all aspects of assigned properties, including maintenance, leasing, and tenant relations
- Ensure properties are well-maintained and meet safety standards
- Handle tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors for repairs and renovations
- Conduct property inspections and address any issues or violations
- Utilize property management software such as Yardi for efficient record-keeping
- Negotiate leases, rental agreements, and contracts with vendors

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in property management or related field
- Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software
- Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer relationship management abilities
- Ability to handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Sales skills to effectively market available properties

Pay: $38,300.00-$86,665.42 per year
