We are looking for an individual who has strong leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on project/program management skills, as well as proficiency in motivating and leading others through vision and strategic positioning.

**YOUR IMPACT**

As a Program Manager within our PMO, you will be managing strategic, company-wide programs that are sponsored by executive stakeholders. You will take on a leadership role in executing programs and projects that deliver against organizational key goals. You will collaborate to influence and champion change in driving new ways of doing business while providing operational efficiency. You will play a pivotal role in creating cross-functional processes and best practices for program management while manifesting a positive and proactive environment for all stakeholders.

**WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS**:

- Lead and manage high-profile programs sponsored by our CEO, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Negotiate with senior management and functional leads across the business, to ensure cross-functional inter-dependencies are addressed in plans, and that projects are appropriately resourced for successful execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute program plans, while effectively managing stakeholder expectations.
- Drive organizational change and operational efficiency through the implementation of strategic initiatives.
- Identify and implement high-performance business value creation and transformation by delivering strategic consultation focused on the organization's agenda, specifically as it pertains to CEO initiatives.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to other areas of the organization, sharing your expertise in program management and driving continuous improvement.

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of success in program management, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results.
- PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience working in a stakeholder-oriented environment, preferably within the technology sector.
- Proficiency in Office Applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project.
