Your Impact
You will work closely with teams across Engineering, Product Management, Cloud Operations, Professional Services, and Customer Support, aligning priorities and ensuring seamless execution.
What the role offers
**As a Technical Program Manager, you will**:

- Lead and coordinate multiple concurrent projects from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
- Develop and maintain project work plans, schedules, resource plans, risk registers, and status reports.
- Collaborate with Engineering teams to define project scope, objectives, milestones, and success criteria.
- Drive program governance, managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring executive visibility.
- Act as single point of contact for program execution, providing timely updates& risk mitigation strategies.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving innovation in project execution and best practices.
- Identify and remove impediments to project success while maintaining focus on delivering value.
- Possess 5-8 years of experience in software development, IT, or cloud-based project management, with 5+ years specifically in program or project management roles.

What you need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- PMP certification is essential for this role, demonstrating your commitment to project/program management.
- Agile certifications such as PMI-ACP or CSM are desirable
- Experience in Agile methodologies, including experience with Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar frameworks.
- Proven track record of managing mid-to-large-scale technical programs, particularly in Cloud/SaaS environments.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to drive alignment between technical and business teams.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present program status to VP-level and C-suite stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience working across global, cross-functional teams in multiple time zones.
