**_Role Overview:_**

We're seeking a Technical Program Manager to join our Data & Analytics Teams to lead and execute complex, data-driven initiatives spanning multiple departments. In this role, you'll ensure projects align with business objectives, driving strategic impact across the organization. You’ll leverage your project management expertise, technical know-how in data and analytics, and leadership skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and deliver high-value solutions.

**_ About the role:_**

**Strategic Planning**:

- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business and platform needs.
- Management of McAfee’s Data Governance Council.
- Interaction with leadership to ensure alignment with and tracking towards broader roadmap goals.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Collaborate across the Enterprise Analytics, Platform, Data Governance Council, and business teams to seamlessly manage the program and its complexities.
- Work with data governance and security teams to ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulatory requirements, internal certification standards, and data protection standards.

**Vendor Management**:

- Manage relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and oversee the implementation of third-party solutions in tandem with key stakeholders from the Enterprise Data Platform.

**Performance Monitoring and Optimization**:

- Regularly monitor the success of the Data Strategy program.
- Identify areas for improvement and optimization, working with relevant enterprise data and analytics engineering teams to implement enhancements.

**Communication**:

- Effectively communicate the value and benefits of the data strategy to internal stakeholders and executives.
- Provide regular updates on the progress of the data strategy and platform, addressing concerns and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.

About you:_**
- Bring 10+ years of progressive responsibility in program management, including managing programs on cloud data platforms.
- Understand the fundamental elements of a modern data strategy and data platform, including governance.
- Employ a strong understanding of data management, analytics, and technology solutions.
- Use excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
- Have the ability to communicate across all levels, from individual contributors to executive levels.
- Bring project management experience and proficiency in relevant tools and methodologies.
- Have familiarity with regulatory requirements related to customer data and privacy.
