Administrative Assistant

**Responsibilities will include but not limited to**:
- Preparing log sheets, pallet sheets, and shipping labels
- Sourcing shipment quotes and scheduling shipments
- Conducting product transfers
- Preparing RPA's
- Performing general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Use the polycom voip system
- Preparing and distribute customer invoices
- Distributing mail, faxes and documents
- Supporting the Office Manager & Customer Service Supervisor with any tasks as needed
**Experience Required**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position
- Proficient in using computerized systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Warehouse & Office. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask will contribute to the overall efficiency of our team. Pay: From $22.00 per hour
