**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Team Lead, the Talent Acquisition Associate will lead end-to-end recruiting activity for assigned client groups.

This is a one-year contract position based in our Mississauga office.

WHEN YOU JOIN US YOU WILL BE;
- Leading end-to-end recruiting activity for assigned requisitions including initial intake meetings, sourcing, applicant testing, telephone screening, interviewing, and employment offer coordination
- Influencing and advising hiring managers on all matters related to talent acquisition as a business partner
- Performing other duties as assigned

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE;
- At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a manufacturing environment
- Successfully achieve results in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to easily embrace change and demonstrate flexibility when direction or priorities shift
- Work well as part of a team, as well as autonomously
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Familiarity with social media
- Experience with Workday an asset

WORK AUTHORIZATIONS AND TRAVEL;
- Up to 10% annually
