This position will be based out of the office in Toronto, Ontario.

What You Will Be Doing- Execute full cycle recruitment for hires in line with the talent acquisition policies, procedures, standards, and salaried workflow.- Execute strategic programs to identify and attract talent.- Track talent acquisition metrics defined by the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to monitor talent acquisition trends and determine potential improvements.-
- Establish strong internal relationships with the business, People & Culture and front-line leadership.- Act as the talent acquisition ambassador for the organization and establish a strong external network and partnerships with agencies, associations, and universities.- Maintain complete and accurate staffing documentation as required by law within the ATS (Applicant Tracking System), Workday.- Participate in planning meetings with the business to stay current on upcoming projects and resource requirements.- Manage general employment inquiries.- Other duties as directed by the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition.

What We Are Looking For- Undergraduate degree or diploma in human resources, business or in a related field- 5+ years’ recruiting experience in high volume trades recruitment- Experience in hiring salaried staff an asset- Experience in the construction and oil and gas industries an asset- Experience using an ATS system (Workday is an asset)- Familiarity with the dynamics, operations, processes and organizational interdependencies of construction and industrial services preferred- Knowledge of sourcing, selection and staffing strategies, programs, vendors and tools- Understanding of workforce-related federal and provincial employment laws and regulations- Ability to forge, grow and maintain positive relationships with multiple groups- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet the time demands of unpredictable activities, capable of handling pressure and challenges in a dynamic business environment- Ability to work within tight deadlines and prioritization of work to achieve them
