**Overview**

Match Retail is on the lookout for a forward-thinking **Talent Acquisition Manager** to revolutionize our hiring game. In this role, you’ll craft and execute top-notch recruitment strategies that bring in the best and brightest. You’ll partner with senior leadership, HR teams, and hiring managers to forecast talent needs, boost our employer brand, and ensure our hiring processes stay ahead of the curve.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Talent Acquisition Strategy**: Develop and roll out creative, results-driven hiring strategies that align with business goals.
- ** Employer Branding**: Work with marketing and leadership teams to tell the world why Match Retail is an amazing place to work
- ** Stakeholder Collaboration**: Be the go-to hiring expert for managers and leaders, offering insights into hiring trends and talent strategies.
- ** Data-Driven Decisions**: Track and analyze key hiring metrics to continuously optimize our recruitment efforts.
- ** Tech-Savvy Recruiting**: Leverage the latest recruitment technologies and ATS platforms (iCIMS preferred) to streamline hiring.
- ** Team Leadership**: Mentor and guide a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

**What You Bring**:

- 3-5 years of experience leading a Talent Acquisition team and managing full-cycle recruitment.
- A track record of success in high-volume hiring, employer branding, and strategic sourcing.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS preferred) and HR technology tools.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- A love for data—strong analytical skills to optimize recruitment performance.
- Bilingual in French and English (a major plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, charts).
- A strong grasp of talent market trends, diversity hiring best practices, and evolving workforce dynamics.
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
