A leading industrial organization operating across North America is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join its high-performing recruitment team on a 12-month contract . This role supports a high volume, diverse recruitment portfolio , ranging from hourly operational roles to specialized technical and leadership positions. The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter who blends traditional headhunting with modern recruitment technology and emerging AI sourcing tools. What You’ll Do Manage full-cycle recruitment across industrial operations and corporate functions Proactively source and headhunt passive candidates for hard-to-fill technical roles Maintain high data accuracy within an enterprise ATS (SuccessFactors preferred) Leverage LinkedIn, job boards, and AI-driven sourcing tools to enhance talent discovery Partner closely with hiring managers, providing market insights and hiring updates Deliver a strong, professional candidate experience across all role levels Promote and comply with health, safety, and environmental policies What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience Agency or executive search background strongly preferred Experience recruiting for industrial, construction, manufacturing, or engineering roles is an asset Proficiency with ATS platforms (SuccessFactors preferred) Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and job board experience (Indeed) Interest in or exposure to AI recruitment tools (e.g. programmatic or AI sourcing platforms) Strong organizational and communication skills What’s Offered Inclusive, collaborative work environment Exposure to large-scale, high-impact recruitment projects Supportive, team-oriented culture Company-provided safety equipment where required Seniority level Associate Employment type Contract Job function Human Resources Industries Building Construction Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at SoTalent by 2x Get notified about new Talent Acquisition Coordinator jobs in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada . #J-18808-Ljbffr
