Receptionist/administrator (Full-time)

We are a busy real estate brokerage offering an exciting opportunity for a detailed-oriented Full-Time or Part-Time Receptionist/Administrator.
**Duties include, but are not limited to**:
- Answer and transfer incoming phone calls to appropriate personnel
- Ensure supplies are adequately stocked and maintained
- Oversee the appearance of the office
- Greet clients and direct them to appropriate personnel
- Manage office listings and showing appointments
- Prepare forms and offers for real estate agents
- Receive deposit cheques and provide a receipt
- Using Authentic-sign to get paperwork signed
- Following up with salespersons for missing documents
- Filing listing, invoices, trades, and mail for Agents
- Other duties as assigned
Other duties may include assistance with:
- Inputting deals into Broker Wolf accounting system
- Processing resale and pre-construction deals
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task
- Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Great communication skills and the ability to communicate professionally in challenging situations
- **Must be able to work flexible hours, evenings, and weekends, if needed**:
- Proficiency with Real Estate programs such as BrokerBay, Toronto MLS Stratus, Webforms and Authentic-sign is an asset
