eDecree is looking to hire a student or new grad pursuing an IT Help Desk/Network support diploma or degree in the capacity of an IT Help Desk Associate. **THIS IS AN IN-OFFICE POSITION**

**Responsibilities**
- Act as the initial point of contact for all computer and system related concerns from employees
- Organize and file documentation pertaining to warranties and instructional guides for computer hardware
- Resolve technical issues related to employee workstations and network interruptions
- Actively update, maintain and monitor all aspects of computer networks
- Maintain a working log detailing all required system updates, as well as the date of completion
- Depending on skills and interests, this role can evolve to a full-time position to support both on site and cloud-based Development Operations activities (including Dockers, Kubernetes, AWS infrastructure)

**Requirements**:

- Pursuing or graduated from a post-secondary education in IT Help Desk/Network support or related field
- Related experience managing and handling IT equipment
- Comfortable working with different operating systems including Windows and Mac OS
- Comfortable working in and assisting others through remote access desktop software
- Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution
- Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with staff

**Work Location & Hours**
- Office near Fairview Mall, about a 15-minute walk from the Don Mills subway station.
- 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday
- Full-Time

**Compensation**
- Starts at $16/hour
- Three month probation
- Vacation as per ESA standards, and is paid out on each pay cheque
- Full health benefits are provided, including pharma, dental, eye, chiro, physio, etc., after three months of probation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour
