WebCie is a micro-agency for digital marketing located in the Ahuntsic-Cartierville district. We offer local SMEs concrete solutions in SEO, online advertising, content creation, social media and web development.

We are looking for a structured and independent coordinator who wants to invest in a practical, versatile and useful position. You will work **closely with the founder**, have an **overview of client projects**and have the necessary freedom to manage your responsibilities proactively.

**Main responsibilities**

**Digital marketing**:

- Revision or writing of short texts (blogs, descriptions, publications);
- Uploading of blog articles in WordPress;
- Content optimisation for natural referencing (tags, titles, structure);
- Monitoring of client websites and GMB profiles to identify adjustments or additions to be made; Translation (FR
- EN) as required by the project;
- Follow-up of requests to editors, developers and clients.

**Social media**:

- Creation and scheduling of posts (via Meta Business Suite or Hootsuite);
- Management of multi-client content calendars;
- Coordination to retrieve missing visual content and texts from clients;
- Compliance with publication standards (visual content, hashtags, geolocation, tone).

**Required profile**:

- **1 to 2 years' experience** in a similar position (agency, SME or freelancer);
- Education in marketing, communication or a related field;
- **Fluency in written French and English** (an asset);
- Autonomy, efficiency, rigour, ability to manage several projects in parallel;
- Comfortable in an intimate environment where each member counts;
- Demonstrates experience gained in previous projects related to the position.

**Desired technical skills**:

- WordPress (online publishing, basic markup);
- Meta Business Suite or equivalent platform like Hootsuite;
- Paid ads on Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Canva or other simple visual creation tool;
- Basic skills in SEO (an asset).
- Google Ads (you have some experience with Google Ads is an asset).

**Conditions**:

- **Full
- or part-time position**, depending on your profile;
- Flexible hours;
- **Required presence in the office in Ahuntsic-Cartierville** (3-4 days/week), with possibility of teleworking;
- Training on internal tools as needed;
- Equipment provided (computer, telephone);
- Three-month probation period;
- **Possibility of bonus** based on performance and contribution to projects.
