We are looking for a **Digital Advertising Coordinator**. Your mandate will be to coordinate and ensure the delivery of digital advertising to meet the team’s objectives and to ensure the satisfaction of our clients.
You will be involved from the intake of design requirements to the delivery of digital products, while maintaining effective, clear, and constant communication throughout the process with our internal and external teams.
In short, you will be responsible for the planning, scheduling, and quality of the advertising solutions delivered.
You will coordinate between stakeholders with professionalism and enthusiasm and be on top of all the various projects and campaigns. You will help us gain the trust of our clients by delivering digital products that meet their expectations in a timely manner.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordination between our media director, ad operations, design, and account management teams to deliver digital materials needed for online campaigns (banners, videos, landing pages).
- Follow up on approvals with clients and brands.
- Follow up on processes with the different teams.
- Ensure constant communication between teams to share relevant information in the best interest of clients.
- Evaluate processes and oversee their improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Autonomous, resourceful, detail-oriented, and extremely well organized.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving skills.
- Strong interest and curiosity for new technology.
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in project management.
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in digital marketing.
- Bilingual English / French.
- Results oriented.
- A developed sense of team spirit and cross-functional leadership skills.

ASSETS
- Experience in graphic design, web design, marketing.
- Technical proficiency - JIRA, Microsoft Excel, G Suite.
- Previous agency experience.
