To assist the accounting team in the daily administrative tasks and ensure the operations run in a smooth manner.

**Key Job Responsibilities**:

- Receive and process invoices
- Invoice entry in the accounting system
- Obtain invoice approvals
- New Vendor Setups
- Handle inquiries from Vendors
- Expense Sheets / Employee reimbursements as required
- Maintain office files
- Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies
- Collecting accounts receivable (A/R) on a day-to-day basis
- Resolving customer issues related to billing
- Updating and maintaining the A/R database

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
