Groom Team Canada Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting excellence in pet grooming, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Client Support Specialist to join our team. **Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and feedback related to our grooming services, competitions, and educational programs.
- Manage appointment scheduling, ensuring efficient coordination between clients and grooming professionals.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using our database systems.
- Collaborate with team members to address client needs and ensure a seamless experience throughout their interaction with Groom Team Canada Inc.
- Contribute to the development of client support materials, such as FAQs and educational resources, to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in customer service or client support roles preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Empathetic and patient demeanor with a passion for helping others.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge or interest in pet grooming and animal welfare is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with database systems is advantageous.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.45-$20.35 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
