**Client Account Specialist Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the direct primary point of contact for potential customers, providing them with the best telecommunications solutions tailored to their needs
- Utilise your knowledge of telecommunications products and services to offer sales insights and recommendations to customers regarding their inquiries
- Build strong customer relationships by providing outstanding service and balancing client needs with a proactive sales approach
- Shadow our experienced Client Account Specialist Team Leads to fully understand best practices for client interaction and service delivery
- Manage key client activities to maximize sales performance, drive return on investment, and expand customer engagement
- Present & educate any new products & services to customers and highlight the benefits of our telecommunications brands
- Collaborate with the sales and Client Account Specialist team to strategize and implement creative approaches to meet sales goals
- Report & analyze consumer engagements to measure the effectiveness of your sales efforts and work with the Client Account Specialist team to improve outreach strategies
