In this Client Account Specialist role, you will create lasting connections by engaging with customers and using your expertise in relationship building and sales to expand products and services in the area. The right Client Account Specialist candidate will have a passion for leadership development and organization, with a focus on continuing to improve the overall company. Since our company specializes in working with large telecommunication brands and is growing at a tremendous rate, the Client Account Specialist will have the opportunity to develop and execute community outreach and sales campaigns specific to our clients' target markets. By joining our Client Account Specialist team, you'll have the chance to make a direct impact on the customer experience, close sales, and work towards leadership positions
Client Account Specialist Responsibilities:
Serve as the direct primary point of contact for potential customers, providing them with the best telecommunications solutions tailored to their needs
Utilise your knowledge of telecommunications products and services to offer sales insights and recommendations to customers regarding their inquiries
Build strong customer relationships by providing outstanding service and balancing client needs with a proactive sales approach
Shadow our experienced Client Account Specialist Team Leads to fully understand best practices for client interaction and service delivery
Manage key client activities to maximize sales performance, drive return on investment, and expand customer engagement
Present & educate any new products & services to customers and highlight the benefits of our telecommunications brands
Collaborate with the sales and Client Account Specialist team to strategize and implement creative approaches to meet sales goals
Report & analyze consumer engagements to measure the effectiveness of your sales efforts and work with the Client Account Specialist team to improve outreach strategies
